Job Description Our large environmental engineering and design company is looking to add a Landscape Inspector to their growing team. This individual will be an onsite representative of the projects that will include green stormwater infrastructure. This individual should have a good knowledge of landscape planting installation and plant identifications. Landscape Inspector responsibilities will include: - Conduct on-site inspections of construction projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standards. - Monitor and document construction activities, including green infrastructure, water, wastewater, and groundwater projects - Identify and report any deviations from approved plans or specifications. - Inspection - Quality Assurance - Reporting - Photographing - Documentation and as-building with Bluebeam - Plan reviews - Change order documentation and reviewing invoices - Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
