Hourly Wage: $17 - $22 / Per Hour
Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors and a strong work ethic. As a Landscape Laborer, you will assist with the installation and maintenance of landscape features, including planting, pruning, mulching, lawn maintenance, hardscaping, and other outdoor projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscape projects, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass. Perform regular lawn care tasks, such as mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing. Install hardscape features like patios, retaining walls, pathways, and other structures. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and other tools. Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance. Apply mulch, fertilizer, pesticides, and other treatments as needed. Remove weeds, debris, and dead plant material to maintain a clean and attractive landscape. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects on time and to quality standards.Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or a related field is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Working Hours:
