Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving outdoor spaces through lawn care, planting, trimming, and other landscaping duties. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (including extreme heat), and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimmingPlant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greeneryMulch, fertilize, and water plants and lawns as neededOperate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgersMaintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including trash removal and sweepingInstall hardscape features like walkways, patios, and retaining wallsIdentify and resolve issues related to plant health or pest infestationsFollow all safety protocols when handling tools and materialsEnsure proper care and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipmentAssist with irrigation system installation and repairsWork outdoors in various weather conditions, including high temperatures
Qualifications:Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred, but not requiredAbility to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heatKnowledge of basic landscaping techniques and equipment operationStrong attention to detail and a commitment to qualityPhysical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamGood communication skills
