GENERAL SUMMARY
This position is responsible for maintaining the club’s grounds. All associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests and consistently demonstrate a positive and professional attitude.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

Learn and apply the company’s standard operating procedures. Landscaping duties include, but aren’t limited to, mowing, raking, planting, and weeding. Maintenance of the outside common areas on club property. Restock supplies, replenish inventory and products. Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Greet members and guests through-out the property. Understand and anticipate the needs of the property. Be attentive and listen carefully to the member’s and follow through. Follow up as required and communicate in a timely manner. Be an active participant in events, programs, meetings, and training. Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response. Schedule varies and may require weekend and holiday hours, days and evenings Additional hours will be required during aerification and other special projects
