What You Will Be Doing Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing and removing thatch, and trimming and edging around flower beds, walks, and walls Mow and edge lawns, using power mowers and weed whackers. Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, and shrubs Snow plowing in and around the park, lodge, employee housing properties How You Will Do It Prune, trim, and remove trees, shrubs, and hedges Trim and pick flowers, and clean flowerbeds. Transport décor throughout the park Water lawns, trees, and plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans. Transport team members and equipment to job sites Comply with all Great Escape Resort policies and procedures Assist Guests with general questions as well as any other guest concerns Operate in a safe manner while utilizing proper PPE Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and team members Follow all delegated tasks assigned by supervisors and/or other members of management Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned What You Will Need Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver’s license Must be able to bend, sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time, as well as often lift and carry 50 pounds Be available to work flexible hours at nights and on weekends within the limits of applicable Federal, State, and facility labor laws and guidelines Must be proactive and a team player
