The ideal candidate will have a background in landscaping, basic tree maintenance, and experience with outdoor equipment. Duties/ Responsibilities: + Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, clean-ups, hardscape installation, and grading. + Assist with tree care operations, including cleanup of debris, stump grinding, and site restoration. + Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, such as power hand tools, trimmers, and blowers. + Follow safety protocols and ensure job sites are clean and organized. + Work closely with team members to enhance properties and follow instructions as directed. + Install hardscaping elements such as edging, walkways, and small retaining walls (as needed). + Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies for daily job assignments. + Communicate with clients and team members to ensure job expectations are met every day. Qualifications: + Minimum 1-2 years in landscaping or a related field. + Knowledge of planting, trimming, grading, and landscape maintenance. + Ability to operate power tools, blowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions. + Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines and proper equipment use. + Valid license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred).
