Overview Maintains the grounds and landscape of the Wayfinder Waikiki by performing a variety of routine tasks on a scheduled basis. Responsibilities Maintains grounds, which includes pruning hedges, shrubs, trees, and gardens; edging walkways; and watering. Cleans grounds, garden paths, walkways and removes litter daily. Applies fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides to grounds at specified intervals. Implements special landscaping or planting projects as directed. Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts. Empties external rubbish containers. Operates equipment such as gas powered lawn mower, weed whacker, blower, pruner, trimmer, pressure washer and other tools as required ensuring safety at all times. Qualifications Previous experience as groundskeeper or landscaper High School dipolma or GED Must be able to work outside Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $24.50/Hr. - $24.50/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
