Position Summary
As a member of a crew, is the point person on a site leading a team in performance of general landscaping for assigned client locations (e.g. Hedge cutting, mowing, weed whacking, sweeping, leaf/debris collection). Ensures safety regulations and company policies are followed. Works as a team member to effectively and efficiently perform work that meets contracted work orders and meets customer satisfaction. Holds landscape license

Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Saturday
7:00am-3:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Team execution of duties assigned for site location
• Properly clock in and out for each location as prescribed by Company policy
• Perform landscaping activities including but not limited to mowing, weed whacking, hedge trimming, sweeping, pruning, edging, leaf/debris waste collection and disposal, general sidewalk, walkway cleaning
• During winter/storm months: shovel snow from walks, driveways, or parking lots and spread salt in those areas • Mix and spray or spread fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders
• Confirm water systems are working properly, ensuring proper irrigation, and perform general adjustments and/or report maintenance issues required
• Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, or trimming or edging around flower beds, walks, or walls
• Safely use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes
• Ensure work performed covers all work outlined in the work order (contracted specifications)
• Trim or pick flowers and clean flower beds
• Follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers or foliage
• Plant seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs and apply mulch for protection, using gardening tools
• Work as a team to perform services safely, and efficiently
• Follow assigned schedule
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure customer questions or concerns are quickly addressed through appropriate policy channels
• Conduct Pre and Post Trip inspections of vehicle per DOT Regulation

Educational Qualifications/Job Experience Requirements Experience Required:
• 3 or more years’ experience, with at least one year demonstrated progressive responsibility working in Company
• Must maintain a valid clean driver’s license
