Are you an energetic, customer-focused individual who loves making a great first impression? Priority Chevrolet Newport News is looking for a Lane Greeter to join our service team! In this front-line role, you’ll welcome customers as they arrive for service, guide them through the process, and ensure their experience starts off smoothly and professionally.

What You’ll Do:

Greet every customer promptly and warmly as they pull into the service lane

Direct customers to service advisors or assist with basic intake questions

Help manage the flow of vehicles through the service drive

Assist with light vehicle movement (as needed – valid driver’s license required)

Provide a positive, professional, and friendly experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For:

A friendly, upbeat attitude and excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work well with a team and provide top-tier customer service

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
