Job Summary:

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville is the ultimate night out, with state-of-the-art sound and lighting, 19 premier bowling lanes, 4 bars and comfort food by acclaimed Blue Ribbon restaurant group.

The Role:

Lane Technician must exhibit excellent guest service while ensuring maintenance of the lanes, pinsetters, pins, bowling balls, ball returns, and all other related mechanical systems are operating at the highest level of efficiency.

Starting at $20 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair all bowling-related equipmentMaintain and clean physical bowling lanes as well as preventative maintenanceMaintain stock and requisition supplies for bowling equipmentInventory bowling-related supplies (i.e. balls, spare pins, cleaning supplies) on a scheduled basisMaintain computer system(s) administration for bowlingMaintain a safe and functional bowling experienceMaintain great relationship with guestKeep detailed records of parts, costs, and mechanical performanceAssist with miscellaneous projects as directedAssist management in initiating smooth and efficient operationsWork together as part of a team to provide the best overall guest experienceAssist guest with entering names and making scoring changes

Required:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAbility to work later hoursStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work closely and efficiently with othersPerforming reaching and stooping motions repeatedlyMove throughout venue areas during the entire shiftWork in an environment with loud music, smoke and crowds for extended periods of timeStand or in a stationary position for entire shiftTolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Preferred:

Experience in a live music environmentExperience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar or entertainment venue preferredPositive, friendly attitude

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

Working environment is fast-paced, often loud and stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet
