**Language Production Lead** **Position Overview** The Language Production Lead coordinates and executes language-related activities while adhering to customer requirements and internal processes. This role involves improving processes, managing complex linguistic issues, and enhancing customer outcomes. **Responsibilities** + Collaborate on client proposals and project execution, driving continuous improvement. + Analyse complex source text for linguistic requirements and prepare instructions. + Manage terminology, develop linguistic assets, and implement work processes. + Monitor quality metrics, partner performance, and provide feedback. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients. + Aid, training and adapt to the ever-evolving needs of the role & projects. **Required skills** + Proficiency in language technology concepts and tools. + Process and quality-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Effective documentation and communication skills. + Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment. + Work well under pressure and collaborate within remote teams. + Proactive and able to work independently. **Educational qualifications and work experience** + Bachelor's degree or higher in Languages, Translation, or a related field. + Proficiency in MS Office and professional working proficiency in English. + Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Translation, Localization, or Linguistics.
