Temp-to-Hire position$22.00 to $26.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredWeekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 06:00am to 06:00pm)Set up and run the Amada laser cutting machine to produce high-quality partsInspect produced parts to ensure they meet precise specificationsPerform routine cleaning and maintenance on the laser machineIdentify and fix any machine errors or issues quickly to minimize downtimeWork closely with your team to ensure efficient workflows and timely order completionMaintain clear communication with supervisors and managementLaser Cutting Machine Operator Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience operating Amada laser cutting machines or similar CNC laser cutting equipmentStrong knowledge of machine setup, laser cutting technology, and routine maintenance proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve machine issues to keep production running smoothlyHigh precision is essential to ensure quality in every part producedClear, concise communication is key when working with team members and reporting issuesAbility to handle the physical demands of machine operation, including standing for long periodsMust be able to operate a forkliftApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
