What We Offer $16.04 - $18.70 per hour + $2 shift differential 2nd shift; 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical service Referral bonuses What We Are Looking For High school diploma or GED Basic computer skills using monitor, keyboard, and mouse to access required software Familiarity with AX production system (preferred) Able to comprehend, follow instructions, and multi-task Demonstrate acceptable written and verbal communication skills Motivated self-starter Ability to lift up to 45 pounds What You’ll Do as a Laser Machine Operator Check the specification sheet to verify machine is set up according to work orders Check first drill for laser mark accuracy Responsible for ensuring tool diameter as required on work orders Responsible for packing tools into tubes or envelopes Ensure second party verification for tool requirement accuracy Prepare the required paperwork completely and accurately Work independently and productively Establish good 5S practices and maintain SQDIP requirements Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization Perform other duties as assigned
