The Laser Marker 1 is responsible for laser marking quality parts in a timely manner that will help drive OTD and burn down past due back log.

This position reports to Chris Way and is part of the Elements Value Stream located in New Port Richey and will be an on-site role. The schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 3PM until 1:30AM with overtime on Fridays as needed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Set-up and operate Foba or Rofin Laser Markers.Cross-train on additional laser marking tasks within Elements Value Stream and Machine shop marking.Perform routine maintenance as required (i.e. change bulbs, change filter, etc.).Utilize the computer to access production information as required.Complete all necessary paperwork as required including scorecards, hazard recognitions, routers and data.

The essential requirements of the job include:

High School diploma or local equivalent (i.e., GED).Ability to read standard blueprints and have knowledge of basic tooling and fixturing.Working knowledge of shop math.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Graduate of a technical schoolGood computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel).

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services.
