**Job Title: Laser Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of laser setup and operation experience, at least 1 year of blueprint reading experience, and at least 1 year of experience using quality inspection equipment. You will be responsible for building industrial radiators for warehouses, production facilities, and data centers. **Hard Skills** + Laser operation + Blueprint reading + Quality inspection **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 100 Day(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Kenosha, Wisconsin. **Work Environment** 1 opening on 2nd shift. 2nd shift is Monday - Thursday on a 4x10 schedule, 1:30pm - Midnight, with optional work on Fridays. 1st shift is Monday - Friday, 5am - 1:30pm. The facility is clean and organized but not temperature-controlled, so it gets hot in the summer. You will report directly to the Welding Lead and indirectly to the Fabrication Manager. You will work alongside other employees in the fabrication department, including welders, brake press/punch press operators, turret operators, and other laser operators.
