WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a highly motivated lash extension stylists to join our Yale Marketplace salon. Your focus will be on providing excellent lash and brow and creating a 5-star customer experience that will keep our guests coming back!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products Understand and promote products and memberships Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs Maintain clean and sterile work environment
REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license 6+ months as a Lash Stylist preferred  Reliable transportation Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered Strong verbal communication and listening skills Must be available to work at least one weekend day
