We offer a complete menu of lash and brow services including extensions, perming, tinting, threading and more. When our guests visit The Lash Lounge Franklin - South, they enter a luxurious retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can face the world feeling beautiful and confident. WHO WE ARE HIRING:We are looking for a highly motivated licensed cosmetologist or esthetician who is interested in joining our team as a Lash Stylist / Lash Technician. We developed a proprietary training program to provide you with the latest, most innovative lashing and guest care courses. Whether new or experienced, you’ll get both intensive, theory-based and hands-on education to further your professional career. Finessed over decades, with a focus on beautiful, consistent results and the safety of our guests, our curriculum is highly regarded industry-wide and rivals the best in the business. And, you’re paid to learn! A current license in Cosmetology or Esthetics is required. Certifications for all services provided Continued investment in your training as a Cosmetologist or Esthetician A built-in book of leads Booking/scheduling completely handled by the front desk staff Generous discounts on services and retail products Opportunities for career growth and advancement as a Lash Stylist RESPONSIBILITIES: Create an excellent, spa-like experience for every guest through the application of our services Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after-care products Understand and promote products and memberships Thoroughly conduct guest consultation prior to service application, and take notes in guest charts for future tracking Responsible for work area, inventory management for necessary items needed at station, organization and cleanliness of overall treatment room Maintain clean and sterile work environment Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked Helps at promotional events and performs, when asked, services during those events to help market the salon and build the brand SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Active Cosmetology or Esthetician license Strong verbal communication and listening skills Strong customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public Initiates self-learning and is comfortable at educating guests on products and services offered Well organized, detail oriented Exhibits sound judgement Strong work ethic Forms strong working relationships with team Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others Ongoing learner; exhibits insatiable curiosity and an interest in self-improvement JOB TYPE: Full-time, some evenings and weekends START DATE: February 2024 Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
