\nOur Corporate Account Executive role in CDMX is all about helping mid-sized companies close experience gaps. We offer a SaaS platform with ready-to-go experience management (XM) solutions that are perfect for Mid-Market businesses. Our team works closely with clients to use these tools effectively, improving their customer and employee experiences. In this role, you'll be key to guiding these companies in making the most out of our platform to achieve their goals and stand out in their industries.\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\n\nProactive Approach: Take initiative by fully understanding goals and context, then work creatively and independently to achieve them.\nEffective Communication: Build strong relationships and trust within the team through clear and influential communication.\nProven Success Track Record: Demonstrate a history of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.\nClient Acquisition Skills: Successfully identify and secure new clients, driving growth and expanding the customer base.\nNegotiation Expertise: Leverage strong negotiation skills to close deals and create value for both clients and the company.\nComplex Sales Proficiency: Navigate and sell our Qualtrics Experience Management platform to large, strategic accounts, understanding and addressing their unique needs.\n\n\n \nHow You’ll Grow\n\n\nStructured promotion process/auto promotion process;\nCareer Action Planning with Manager;\nQmobility - Internal Mobility Program;\n\n\n \nThings You’ll Do\n\n\nYour focus will be on acquiring new business and selling the Qualtrics platform to Corporate and Mid-Market accounts in Mexico and Northern Latin America, engaging with stakeholders from champions up to C-level executives.\nYou will consult with prospects and clients on their strategic business goals and develop account plans for a set list of target accounts, including power maps, demand generation, and closing strategies.\nYou will establish, manage, and nurture relationships between Qualtrics and senior executives at both client and prospect companies. Internally, you'll strategize with customer success, solutions consultants, partners, and others on creating demand in accounts and driving senior engagement.\nMaintaining a real-time understanding of Qualtrics' solutions and the competitive landscape will be crucial for crafting win-based proposals and pricing strategies.\nCollaboration is key: you'll leverage support from your Sales team, sales operations, legal, customer success, finance, and other departments to best serve your customers.\n\n\n \nWhat We’re Looking For On Your CV\n\n\nTechnology/Software sales experience required.\n5 to 7 years of experience in Mid Market Sales; \nStrong track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.\nExperience in building a qualified pipeline and identifying new opportunities.\nAbility to be curious and ask questions to clients to determine opportunities for impact.\nYou engage with clients at all points of the sales cycle—from prospecting and acquiring clients, through demoing the Qualtrics product, to negotiating, closing, and beyond.\nYou have the agility to adapt, pivot, and change your approach based on the needs of your business.\nYou partner well with internal teams and bring together internal resources that enable successful closure of deals.\nFluent English skills.\nComplete Bachelors.\n\n\n \nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\n\nQualtrics global sales team is dedicated to transforming the way our customers approach experiences.
