We are looking for a passionate person to act as our Digital Marketing Scrum Master for the LATAM markets. As a Digital Marketing Scrum Master YOU will be responsible to thinking and implementing innovation in the field of Customer Experience and Digital Marketing. You will guide the teams of GSK Brazil, Argentina and Mexico into the best practices of the Pharmaceutical Segment. Your Responsibilities: This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are: Guide the team and organization in adopting Scrum and Agile practices within digital marketing. Drive innovation in Customer Experience and Digital Marketing. Lead daily scrum, sprint reviews, and planning meetings to ensure team engagement. Support Customer Experience leads in release planning and track budget spend with the Regional Director. Remove obstacles (e.g., cultural barriers, logistical issues) to maintain productivity. Foster a collaborative, self-organized team environment, encouraging growth and cross-training. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related areas; • Experience with Marketing or Customer Experience Projects in Pharmaceutical Companies • Proficiency in English. However, if you meet the following requirements, it will be a plus for your application: MBA in Digital Marketing and/or Project Management; Experience as a Manager leading Digital Marketing; Deep understanding of digital market & innovation technologies; Intermediate Knowledge in Spanish; Why GSK?
