Job Description:

This position will join the Governance Risk and Control team and will be dedicated to perform independent Quality Assurance activities, reconciliation, reviewing risks and issue investigation related to client account data across Global Markets and Banking products in the LATAM region. Up to date market knowledge on key initiatives and enhancement controls within the operational space are essential. Resource will also be engaged in local/global governance topics to provide resolution.


Responsibilities:

Support the LATAM Account Data team to stablish the QA independent area.Process accurately and diligently the quality review in the designated controls, daily reconciliation and conduct issue investigation.Creation of tests cases with clear test script objectives based on risk level,Accountable for Governance topics, producing monthly metrics, decks, and materials for local and global stakeholders.

Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of prior experience within QA and Controls, Governance topics of Financial Institutions

Bachelor degree needed;

Team player, willing to collaborate with the team on small initiatives/projects and issues;

Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact independently with global/local peers;

English mandatory (written and spoken). Fluency in Spanish will be a plus;

Ability to identify and escalate problems and a determination to seek answers issues;

Good MS Office Suite applications skills. Proficiency will be a plus;

Strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail.
