As a Sales Intern at Salesforce, at Salesforce, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving growth in the Latin American market (LATAM). In this role, you will work with the Vice President of Sales and Account Executives in their daily activities, gaining firsthand experience in sales operations, prospecting, lead generation, and understanding the sales cycle. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders and develop the skills needed for a successful career in sales.
The program is designed to equip you with a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions, sales strategies, and customer relationship management. Through hands-on involvement in key sales processes, you will contribute to the team’s success while preparing for future roles in the technology sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the VP of Sales and Account Executives in preparing presentations, sales reports, and account briefs to support strategic decision-making.Conduct research on target accounts and industries to identify growth opportunities and key stakeholders.Participate in customer meeting and events, providing logistical support and follow-ups.Collaborate with Account Executives to manage administrative activities, including SOPs cases, Collections follow-ups, and Data Quality processes in Salesforce CRM.Help organize internal and external events such as customer workshops, webinars, and team meetings.Contribute to the preparation of sales enablement materials, including case studies, customer success stories, and solution overviews.Learn and apply Salesforce tools and methodologies, including Customer 360, solution selling, and value-based selling.

Structured Training: Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing enablement, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM training.Hands-on Learning: Real-world exposure to sales operations, customer interactions, and strategic planning.Mentorship: Work closely with experienced sales leaders and account executives, gaining valuable insights and guidance.Career Growth: Develop a foundation for future roles in sales, account management, or business development. Interns who successfully complete the program are well-positioned to advance to SDR roles within 6-12 months, accelerating their sales careers at Salesforce.

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between June/2026 and December/2026.English intermediate.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Self-motivated with a passion for learning and personal growth.Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
