\n\n \nThings You’ll Do\n\n\nEfficiently manage multiple research projects, from inception to completion\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations\nOversee the execution and quality control of research studies\nEnsure effective communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders\nProactively identify project risks, issues, and opportunities, and implement suitable mitigation strategies\nContinuously monitor project performance and adjust plans as necessary\nProvide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management\n\n\n \nWhat We’re Looking For On Your CV\n\n\nProven experience in project management, preferably in the research services industry\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\nProficient in utilizing project management tools and software\nKnowledge of research methodologies and data analysis techniques\nA drive for continuous improvement and ability to adapt to changing priorities\nBachelor's degree (or international equivalent)\nProficiency in English (written & oral)\n1 - 3 years of experience in the SaaS or Market Research industry is preferred\n\n\n \nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\n\nOur research services team is a collaborative and supportive group of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality results to our clients.\nWe foster a culture of open communication, innovation, and knowledge sharing.\nYou will have the opportunity to work closely with subject matter experts and contribute to groundbreaking research initiatives.\n\n\n \nOur Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits\n\n\nWork-life integration: frequent office events, team outings, and happy hours\nQualtrics Experience Bonus ($ 1,800 USD gross per calendar year) is a program designed to provide experiences to our employees they might not otherwise have.\nCreative office design in CDMX fostering innovation and collaboration\nUp to the value of $ 6,250 MXN per quarter can be reimbursed for a variety of wellness activities via our dedicated platform, Forma.\nSeguros Mayores y Menores: Qualtrics pays 100% of the premiums for employees and their dependents.
