LatAm Operations Manager, Rider

**About the Role**
We are looking for an individual with strong project and stakeholder management skills to drive the growth of Memberships in Latin America. In this role, you will be expected to be able to work cross-functionally to develop and execute projects to acquire and retain Uber One members in Mobility markets.
**What you'll do:**
1. Work closely with Ops (Mobility and Delivery) and Product teams across the LatAm region and globally to find opportunities and ideate solutions to grow Uber One
2. Leverage strong analytical and project management skills to organize projects with clear milestones and deliverables to grow Total and Paid members
3. Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
4. Execute core analyses and processes, ensuring they run smoothly
5. Forecast and monitor OKRs related to memberships
6. Have a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment
**What you'll need:**
1. **3 to 5 years of professional experience** in Operations, Business, Project Management, Strategy & Consulting
2. **Data-Driven Mentality**: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
3. **Project Management**: Ability to analyze data to ideate and inform project prioritization, leveraging functional expertise and internal tools to execute key projects with cross-functional stakeholders, as well as organizing projects with milestones and timelines
4. **Communication**: Portuguese and English proficiency - able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
5. **Teamwork**: Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities
6. **Executional Excellence**: Ability to easily adapt to a constantly changing and ambiguous work environment while taking great care to ensure all aspects of work are completed accurately and on time.
7. **Planning & Organization**: Understand project objectives and create short-term plans and timelines for executing against them
