We are looking for an experienced Success Enablement Lead to play an important role in the execution of a multi-year global transformation program. You will lead the regional execution of Success Enablement (SE) Plans, ensuring understanding of the global program goals. We ask that you understand regional cultures, business practices, and regulatory environments.
You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics and Innovation. You will help lead Change Management and Program Operations for the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative for the Latin America region.
Please note you will not have managerial responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities:You will lead the execution of Success Enablement (SE) Plans at the regional level and customize learning, communication, and change network materials for adoption and regional ways of workingYou will maintain partner list and grow regional partner engagement and communicationsYou will collaborate with global teams to address regional needs and provide pulse on regional adoption and blockersYou will coordinate with SE Process Leads and Instructional Designers to ensure regional training programs align with local needsYou will facilitate regional change network engagement, train-the-trainer sessions, translation Quality Assurance facilitations, and partner list maintenanceYou will support end-user training sessions for their regionYou will conduct change Impact Analysis with subject matter experts to understand local possible effects and potential resistanceYou will provide regular progress reports to central and regional leadershipYou will collaborate with Global Business Process Leaders (GBPLs) to regionalize new processes and gain regional agreementThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
