As a professional buyer: As a Senior Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic sourcing and procurement process for Latam region, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the procurement lifecycle, supplier management, and negotiation strategies. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive cost savings, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Key responsibilities are: Strategic Sourcing + Co nduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and stay informed about industry trends. + Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to secure high-quality goods and services at the best possible cost. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align procurement strategies with organizational goals. + Ensure compliance to company guidelines and procurement policy during negotiation and award process. + Plan, negotiate, execute and monitor Contracts. Supplier Management + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers. + Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. + Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve favorable agreements while minimizing risk. Cost Management + Drive cost reduction initiatives through negotiations, process improvements, and value engineering. + Analyze total cost of ownership and implement strategies to optimize cost efficiency throughout the supply chain. + Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration + Collaborate with various departments, including operations, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with overall business objectives. + Participate in cross-functional teams for new product launches, providing expertise on procurement-related matters. Apply now! **Qualifications** Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, with a proven track record of successful negotiations and cost savings. Experience desirable in Corporate Services and HR Services at the Latam level. Process management in NA is a plus. + Experience in Contracts execution. + Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. + Advanced English and Spanish communication/presentation skills (written & spoken) + Fluent Portuguese communication/presentation skills (written & spoken) nice to have.
