The Launch Advisor role guides selected Flex partners through program enrollment and launch. The Launch Advisor is responsible for ensuring all necessary steps and processes are completed from Zillow and the partner. They will introduce the steps required through an onboarding kickoff call, then provide continuous support and accountability to the partner through the launch date. The role requires attention to detail, process management, partner influence, cross-functional collaboration, strong work ethic, and understanding of the Flex business model. This is a remote position which requires the collection, storage, and use of your voiceprints (records of speech).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Interact with current and potential Premier Agent partners with the highest level of professionalism and skill
Skillfully conduct sales presentations via Zoom, including product demonstrations and consultative program recommendations, all while demonstrating an authentic desire for the partner to meet their professional goals
Maintain timely schedule for all partner touchpoints to stay on track for key milestones from pitch to enrollment
Close new Premier Agent Flex partners through prospecting, assessing, and presenting to potential team leads and real estate professionals
Represent Zillow Group as subject matter expert in Flex processes and requirements
Complete all necessary enrollment steps for new partners transitioning to the Flex program
Onboard and provide initial training to new partners, including coaching to requirements of the program and ensuring profile functionality is set up. Provide timely follow-up to customer inquiries
Seek answers through collaboration with cross-functional partners
Introduce the new partner to their Growth Advisor and ensure successful transition of account ownership
Expertly navigate sales tools and programs to monitor and accomplish tasks, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Tableau, Sonar, and Google Suite
This role has been categorized as a Field position. “Field” employees perform the majority of their work in a specified geographic location set by their management team. Employees are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance to their region and/or service area. ZG has not defined a reasonable distance and expects employees will use judgment in determining this for themselves and understand the implications regarding time commitment and cost of daily commute.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $97,800.00 - $156,200.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.Who you are3+ years of sales and/or partner facing support experience, with preference for selling, coaching, or consulting Enterprise-level strategic partners in real estate
Experience in onboarding, training, or enrolling new customers preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Extraordinary communication skills both oral and written
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
Focused, reliable and responsible self-starter that can self-manage in an autonomous environment
High ethical values and integrity
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
Experience with Smartsheet or similar work management software preferred
College Degree is preferred.
