What you’ll do:

Develop and own cross-functional launch plan including functional launch responsibilities and validated by functional leadershipEstablish strategic imperatives, build overall lauch plan and define OKRs (ensuring cross-functional alignment)Establish launch governance and ways of workingManage the tracking of the overall launch progress and escalate issues as neededDefine and periodicall track KPIs and report any issues / challenges to launch leadershipLead and execute strategic projects in new product planningDevelop understanding of market potential, unmet need, go to strategy for the new product and projectManage the critical process for new launches

Purpose of the Role:

Collaborate across all levels within various functions spanning Business Units, Operations, Finance, Legal Compliance and Global functions to ensure that all the components reinforcing launch success are well aligned, executed upon, with outcomes clearly defined and shared between relevant internal and external stakeholdersSupport marketing to secure launch impact specially on the 6t to 12th month of launchLead the cross-functional planning and early market shaping activities for pre-launch excellenceBuild forecasting models to support in-market business cases for new product launch viability
