Are you interested in driving the rapid growth of a program that unlocks step-change efficiencies in the Amazon supply chain? Vendor Flex is a program that creates value for our vendors, customers, and supply chain by operating small-scale fulfillment centers co-located in vendor warehouse space. We are looking for a Launch Execution Associate who will execute integral tasks supporting the launch of new Vendor Flex sites. The Launch Execution Associate will help qualify vendors for launch progress, partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to capture required inputs at scale, and drive end-to-end streamlining of the executional workflow. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with previous operational experience looking to leverage that experience in the corporate setting and gain exposure to the full range of teams that drive incremental launch capacity.
Key job responsibilities
- Source vendor qualification information from external vendors in support of 40-45 incremental Vendor Flex site launches
- Provide inputs to weekly launch calls
- Finalize launch documentation partnering with external and internal stakeholders to standardize transmitting, signing, and storing key documents so that they are easily accessible as we continue to scale

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 2+ years experience in program/project management, legal assistant, or operations roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with contracts in either a legal or business setting
- Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $42,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $79,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
