Ensure lessons Learned from previous builds are incorporated to avoid repeat issues. Support onsite vehicle sign offs to design intent.  Support launch hand over preparation and reviews with PVT (Plant Vehicle Team).

Cost Reduction (TVM)

Identify design cost reduction ideas and review with the LEA for further investigation. Identify localisation ideas and work with purchasing to provide RFQ packs or get costs from local suppliers. Complete localisation business cases with purchasing support and present to LEA PD and finance for approval. Raise and track releases of localisation business cases for approved localisation projects. Project manage localisation projects with suppliers and STA (Supplier Technical Assistance) to ensure parts meet all design requirements before introduction.
