Launch Manager
We are looking for a **Launch Manager** to join our marketing operations team in the Monetization & Business Planning organization. As a Launch Manager, you will oversee the continuous improvement of the quality of our launch processes. Working closely with Business Planners, Launch Leaders, Operations, and Engineering colleagues who deliver product launches, you will ensure that incidents raised by customers and partners are resolved efficiently, and the learnings from those incidents are used to increase quality. Using proficient project management skills, you will align the efforts of team members to ensure delivery within Service level agreement (SLA) and effective communication of progress on key success metrics, with supporting insights and action plans. A key opportunity of this position will be to use your creativity to identify when the infusion of AI into operational processes can accelerate improvements, such as by creatively building and training AI agents. **Responsibilities** + Act as the primary point of orchestration for the incident management process, ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders. + Coordinate and manage the resolution of incidents to ensure timely and effective resolution. Examples of incidents: price inaccuracy, availability inaccuracy, etc + Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. + Collaborate with Business Planners, Launch Leaders, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure timely root cause analyses and improvement actions. + Develop and maintain incident management processes and procedures to ensure efficient handling of incidents. + Monitor and report on incident trends and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in incident management practices. + Utilize project management skills to align team efforts and ensure delivery within SLAs. + Communicate progress on key success metrics, providing supporting insights and action plans. + Identify opportunities to infuse AI into operational processes to accelerate improvements, including building and training AI agents. + Create and maintain documentation and training materials to support team members and stakeholders. **Qualifications** Required/Minimum Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development or related field + OR equivalent experience. Additional or Preferred Qualifications + 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, incident management, operations, business planning, or similar experience in the enterprise technology industry + Demonstrated ability as a project manager who can prioritize multiple activities to deliver on project scope and schedule + Demonstrated ability in written, verbal, and presentation communication skills + Experience managing incident queues and virtual teams + Knowledge of and experience with artificial intelligence (AI) agents, including design, development, training, and implementation + Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, with adaptability and growth mindset + Experience working with product and services catalogs and related systems + Experience defining metrics, building reports, and using reports to communicate status and trends Launch Management IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $66,900 - $119,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $89,600 - $134,400 per year.
