Job Description

This position is on-site at the Tulsa, OK Bus assembly plant.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage PFEP through pre‐production buildsUnderstand part readiness and escalate issuesDevelop and document a tracking execution plan based on the Build Readiness timeline.Track and escalate part availability issues to the Build Coordinator during Build prep.Publish a clear and concise Daily PFEP scorecard with details of where assistance is needed.Assure resources, me, and space to store and kit parts.Assure material is ready and in place based on unit Build timingManage Program Materials GroupIdentify and escalate part availability issues to the Build Coordinator during Build execution.Direct Supply Chain Engineer and Material PlannerAlign findings and lessons learned with Build CoordinatorProblem solves part availability issues with Material PlannerUpdate documentation and standard work based on build findings.

Qualifications3-5 years' experience of Job Description items in vehicle assembly plant.
