Job Summary:
Responsible for the total supervision and cleanliness of the Launderette and Showers.
You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Job Responsibilities:
Conducting and supervising the opening deep clean and setup of the Launderette and Showers Training and scheduling of attendants. Compiling and turning in daily receipts. Ensuring the bank is returned to the Grocery office each night and picked up each morning. Supervising the over-all cleanliness of Launderette and Showers, (i.e., washers, dryers, furniture, etc.) Maintaining inventory and ordering of all launderettes supplies. Turning in all Lost and Found items to the Cabin Office. Monitoring of payroll for Launderette staff. Implementing the company's Hazard Communication program by ensuring safe use of cleaning/chemical products. Follows all company procedures and policies as required by personnel and EH&S office. Supports training as required by personnel and the EH&S office. Implements and trains employees as specified in job description attachments (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures – SOP). Including blood borne pathogen training, proper lifting, etc. Completes required tracking on individual employee training. Ensure all complete forms are returned to Resident Manager. Supports recycling and waste reduction program as instructed. Communicates as needed with recycling supervisor and EH&S manager to address program needs. All employees will actively participate in training, observe company policies and procedures, and promote all company values relative to protecting the natural environment. Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
