We have an opportunity for an experienced Laundry Application Expert to join our growing team.

This opportunity in a nutshell

The Laundry Application Expert is responsible for supporting customers and internal teams in delivering high-performance, cost-effective laundry solutions. The role involves identifying equipment issues and coordinating with the customer, their engineering team, or equipment suppliers to ensure timely resolution.

A strong understanding of laundry dispensing units is essential. The ideal candidate must be qualified and authorized to work with electrical current, holding either an Electrician’s license or an Electrical Engineer’s diploma. This role combines technical expertise, customer interaction, and hands-on support in a field-based setting.

How you’ll add value

Responsible of field evaluation of new solutions during research, development and and roll-out phase for any Global and Regional project. 

Responsible for training and coaching the local sales in order to increase laundry application knowledge and understanding at local level. 

Responsible for supporting the local Marketing & Sales functions, identifying sales opportunities, support customer acquisitions, drive value proposition, Support customers through a core competence in auditing, diagnostics and problem-solving skills and in deploying tools to measure performance. 

Support customer to achieve performance KPI for a smooth laundry operation across Philippines, train the customers to improve their understanding of the laundry.

What you need to be successful

Educational & Industry Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and or Electrician's or Electrical engineer's diploma would be a must.

With over 8 years of experience in the laundry industry or commercial laundry equipment solutions.

Strong background in laundry programming, instrumentation, and chemical application knowledge

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of all laundry applications, including dosing units, dosing pump programming, calibration, remote monitoring, and machine programming (Continuous Batch Washer & Washer Extractors).

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in auditing, diagnostics, and using performance measurement tools like Clax Checks, Single Wash Test Monitors, and KPI dashboards.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across functions including R&D and customer support.

Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of business financials, including P&L, and ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact.

Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on achieving 90%+ customer satisfaction, timely reporting, and continuous improvement of solutions like SGP.

Personal Attributes: Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility; operates independently while fostering team collaboration and innovation.

Willing to do field work and 24/7 support readiness.
