**Job Title: Laundry Attendant** **Location:** (Insert Location) **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible) **Pay:** $16/hr **Job Description:** We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and processing linens such as napkins and tablecloths, ensuring they are clean and ready for use. This role involves various tasks including sorting, washing, folding, and inspecting laundry, as well as maintaining laundry equipment and supplies. **Key Responsibilities:** + Unload linens such as napkins and tablecloths, shaking out food and other objects. + Load linens into washing and drying machines according to specifications. + Fold and load clean laundry back into trucks. + Sort laundry by color, size, and material. + Wash laundry using commercial equipment and follow sanitization protocols. + Fold clean laundry by hand or machine. + Inspect linens for holes and other signs of wear. + Clean and maintain laundry equipment and work areas. + Stock laundry supplies such as detergent, bleach, and fabric softener. + Create laundry tags with customer information. + Operate laundry equipment including washers, dryers, and flatwork ironers. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. + Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy loads. + Basic knowledge of laundry processes and equipment. + Good organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Experience Level:** + Entry Level If you are a hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, we encourage you to apply.
