Job Description

The Laundry department attendant will make sure that linens are processed in a timely fashion, in accordance with Omni Hotel standards, and should be comfortable operating all laundry equipment (ex. commercial dryer, commercial washer, linen folder, etc.). 

Responsibilities Clean and process dirty linens Fold and count laundered itemsprocess the linens through the various machinesAlert manager or supervisor on duty if a machine is not working correctlyComplete other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs, and stand for 7-8 hours per shiftMust be able to bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, and kneel on a regular basis throughout shiftMust be willing and able to work a flexible scheduling, including morning and evenings, weekends and holidaysPrevious laundry experience in a professional setting (preferred)Should be comfortable working in an enviroment that is hot due to the machines and processing the linens.
