Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The core work of this position will be traditional law clerk work as described below.
Clerical Work:
Manage executed contracts and legal documents filed electronically or physically at legal file sites. Manage projects related to digitalized filing, including scanning, and organizing hard copies of legal documents stored in the Legal File Room in a digitalized formatAssist with specific projects by maintaining and tracking templates to generate standard and basic agreementsCoordinate for legal supplies for the legal departmentParticipate as a team player in the legal department meetings and activitiesMaintain confidentiality of the legal department and the company, including customer and third-party information Prepare letters to send documents to customers and assist in processing contracts & legal documents as neededLegal & Compliance Work: The additional responsibilities include contract support, assistance for the company’s compliance programs, and training activities described below.
Manage the status of vendor contracts and review contractsAssist with legal review and execution of the company’s General ContractsPerform legal research and prepare reports with analysis Coordinate with legal, data privacy and other functions regarding the status of global projects such as data privacy and cyber-security compliance programsWork with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the planning, development, and execution of project goalsManage company training programs, including Accuray Global Anti-Bribery Training for intermediaries and internal employeesQualifications
Required:
Attention to details, accuracy, and good follow-through skillsAbility to perform legal research and analysisExceptional attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills, good PC skills required with comfort in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database managementMust have excellent interpersonal skillsPreferred or Desired:
