Job Description:

Provide receptionist services for clients at their site.  

Essential Job Responsibilities

Provides receptionist services for clients at their site and provides “White Glove” customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings and events, and hospitality tasks at a client location. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Works closely with the client's staff to assist with front officeCoordinates logistical, security and communication needs for guestsAssists with all visitor requests for offices, adding guests for security clearanceAnswers incoming telephone calls and forwards to the appropriate personTakes accurate and completes messages for those who are unavailablePromptly greets and announces visitors in a friendly and business-like mannerProvides general administrative support to the Business Manager and management as requiredProvides event planning, hospitality or other servicesInteracts on a weekly basis with all caterers & food service platformsCoordinates space, books conference rooms, audio/visual, catering and equipment as needed   Works directly with building management, events vendors, third-party specialty service providersManages all onsite and offsite specialty events and monthly social gatherings.Order and stock supplies as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a Receptionist

Previous experience in a client service field preferred

Ability to multitask with attention to detail

Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy

Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Preferred Shift: M-F 8AM - 5PM

The Compensation range for this role is 18.29 to 25.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
