Course Description: The United States has developed a body of domestic space law and policy since 1958 which continues to evolve. The course will explore the U.S. system including separation of powers, the relationship between policy and law in the United States, the interaction between statute and regulation, roles and responsibilities distributed across the interagency and branches of government, and the increasingly important role of technological awareness in effective rulemaking in the United States. ​

The University may, at its discretion, assign the person of choice to give this Course/Teaching.
