Lawyer – Corporate Law

 

The opportunity

 

As a member of our team in the EY GDS Spain office in Malaga, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation. 

 

Your key responsibilities

Preparation and drafting of corporate documents (Shareholders and Directors agreements). Control and updating of legal documentation. Coordination of secretarial services for international corporate entities. Support in the analysis of processes and procedures aimed at optimizing them. Drafting of both technical and executive reports.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Degree in Law, Law + Business Administration or similar High level of English (B2/C1)

 

Ideally, you’ll also have

Proficiency in MS Office Package. Knowledge and expertise in any of the following areas:  Corporate Law/ Labour Law/ Social Security. Interest in the Renewable sector
