We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships with public entities, particularly in the context of state contracting under Law 80 (bidding). You will handle claims after the insurance program is contracted, initiate contract maintenance, and coordinate compliance with contract activities such as inspections and insurance training.
We will count on you to:
Manage client interactions and present claims post-contracting of insurance programs.Initiate and maintain contracts with Marsh, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.Coordinate inspections and training sessions related to insurance processes.Provide expertise in various insurance types, including general insurance, all risks, fire, auto (SOAT), financial risks (IRF), public server liability, and life insurance under Law 16.What you need to have:
A professional degree in Law, with a specialization in insurance.3 to 4 years of experience in insurance, with a strong understanding of the mentioned insurance types.Experience in insurance intermediation within the public sector is required.Intermediate proficiency in Office software.What makes you stand out:
