our Client is looking for competent Layout Foreperson(s) to support our construction crews. Layout Foreperson perform an essential role in maintaining project quality and work closely with highly skilled operations personnel. The position offers an outstanding opportunity to learn the function and proper construction of numerous types of structures encountered in environmental construction.. Responsible for assisting with environmental construction and re construction. Will be working with shovels and will be taught how to operate equipment. For this position, EQR is looking to train the person into being able to manage the on-site operations of projects, direct field personnel and maintain good communication with the project managers

Daily tasks include installing silk fencing, preparing staging areas, assisting surveying teams, and installing observation wells/pumps

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Valid drivers license

Reliable transportation to get to job sites

1+ years of progressive experience in construction

Ability to read and interpret plan drawings is required

Excellent communication skills

Minimum associates degree (AA), bachelors degree preferred (engineering, environmental science, or related field preferred). If no degree, good construction experience is a must
