Reporting to the Team Lead, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for the planning and management of seller portfolio on Lazada to ensure performance improvement and growth contribution to the overall portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Assortment planning & merchandising: develop portfolio in terms of assortment, styles and price points to understand the gaps and match demand and supply in the market
- Sellers management: acting as the main business advisor and account manager to a few of the biggest sellers on Lazada to ensure their sustainable growth on the platform through assortment and campaign planning as well as providing support and guidance to leverage platform tools
- Marketing & onsite management: working closely with cross-functional teams including traffic and marketing teams to structure barter programs with managed sellers, create special initiatives or plan campaigns to drive growth for seller portfolio under management
