- Oversee an end-to-end deals hunting process for Flash Sale channel. Design the deals hunting criteria and process in order to maximize the sales on the channel.
- Work closely with commercial team to identify and grow new strategic assortment from key sellers.
- Incubate and expand the pool of eligible sellers to ensure a sustainable growth.
- Maintain the quality of the products featured on the channel by establishing operation standards in order to create a good customer experience.
- Utilize data to monitor the performance and present insights and recommendations to management.
