Reimagine What’s Possible
Be accountable for the effective implementation and management of all aspects of the LB Logistics system application and maintenance for the region. He/She will be formed to act as a Center of Excellence in respect of the daily system maintenance for LB Shell / SAP Interface and Liquid / Bulk PDT's, introducing new functionality and ensure the end user having capability to use the system.
Ensure that effective, efficient work practices and processes are developed, implemented, and maintained such that the team meets or surpasses all targets and KPI’s.
Work in conjunction with Global Operations and Supply Chain Management to develop and implement Strategic and Tactical Product Production and Fleet Utilization Plans that allow for optimization of both our production and distribution resources. Ensuring lowest overall operational cost and effective system utilization.
Ensure the continuing optimization of the Distribution Supply Chains for each business area by focusing the team on the full and effective usage of our Global Scheduling Tools allied to individual Business Area requirements
Be part of the global logistics effort of driving distribution productivity through logistics CI events, discreet logistics projects and supply chain optimization techniques.
Maintain, input, and ensure accuracy of Liquid Bulk Shell data accurate and up dated accordingly whenever changes happen and necessary
Investigate and follow up complaint that related to LB Delivery.
Be available for After Hour, Week-end, and Holiday support.
Develop and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley legal regulations in terms of appropriate segregation of duties and adherence to documentation and testing standards.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant.
Min. 2 years of experience in managing various parties, coordination and problem solving.
Preferably have the experience dealing with driver and scheduling deliveries to customer by lorry.
Must have experience of managing staff in a high pressure environment.
Ideally would have experience of customer service and physical distribution management.
Must be a self motivator who has a proven track record in leadership and team building.
Must be an excellent communicator who is comfortable in dealing with both internal and external contacts at all levels.
