Position Summary:

Responsible for the promotion, customer contact, travel planning, expense justification, sales order procurement, and paperwork processing for E-Tech and added value services in the South Central region.

Essential Functions:

Promotion and sale of assigned enhancement equipment group.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers in assigned region through regular and emergency visits.

Responsible for the promotion and sale of e-tech services functions and capabilities to customer base.

Procure and maintain customer services contracts and agreements.

Improve business activities and customer relationships with assigned customer base.

Process customer orders, activity reports, expense reports and automobile usage and expense records.

Recommend improvements in equipment and product upgrades.

Visit customers following machine purchase and installation and visit territory's present machine base in each calendar year.

 

Qualifications:

High school degree or GED completion Customer service experience desired Three – five years of customer service experience. Technical service experience.

 

Skills & Abilities:

Efficient in MS Office Suite Effective communication skills, both oral and written Well-developed organizational skills Organizational skills and ability to multitask

 

Work Environment:

Typical office environment 50-70% travel
