LCSW Lead Social Worker for Programs
Amergis
+ Salary: $60 per hour
+ Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00p
+ On a rare occasion social worker will be working off hours and will be required to be on call occasionally.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with themulti-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of the plan of carefor those patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker providescounseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients who have social oremotional problems in a variety of settings across the age span.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Experience with supervision of other social workers
+ Experience in child and family counseling, case management, and pediatrics preferred
+ Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and group therapy techniques
+ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
+ Excellent communication skills and empathy towards children

+ Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs
+ Develop and implement therapeutic care plans tailored to each child's specific situation
+ Provide clinical counseling and behavioral therapy to individuals children and groups
+ Offer crisis intervention services as needed
+ Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
+ Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support children in achieving their goals
+ Adheres to facility and Amergis policies and procedures at alltimes
Minimum Requirements:
+ Social Worker LCSW w/ minimum 5-10 years of experience in Supervisory role
+ Master’s degree in Social Work from a school of social workaccredited by the Council on Social Work Education required
+ Active license as an LCSW in state of practice required
+ Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
+ Participation and completion of Amergis’ Competency programwhen applicable
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Successful completion of new hire training as applicable tojob site
+ Understand patient confidentiality and HIPAArequirements
+ Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to andfrom appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors,co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in theEnglish language is required
+ Computer proficiency required
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
