This program exclusively serves adult inmates who are justice involved and actively experiencing mental illness. Program objectives include facilitating early access to mental health assessment and treatment as well as providing effective competency training and restoration services.  Services are provided onsite at the Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside and the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in Banning, CA.
