Where is the work: 

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.  

Job Summary:

Trane has an exciting new opportunity to join our organization as an Equipment Project Administrator supporting our FL Region LCU-R group. Location for this role is in Maitland, Florida

Under direct supervision his position is responsible for routine project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout of each project. This position is required to closely interact with Project Managers, Account Managers and other assigned project staff to ensure the timely completion of each project.  

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Coordinate and communicate with internal and external customers on project status and missing documentation.Request and manage project credit approval and tax exemption processes.Coordinate with various team members and vendors to ensure the accurate and timely ordering, tracking, and delivery of equipment and services.Investigate and resolve financial issues, which includes filing claims, adjusting project financials, and credit re-bills.Issue Purchase Orders to vendorsCreate service work request formsAttend and actively participate in project backlog meetings with team.Responsible for general administrative functions to support the Equipment fulfillment process.

 

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED and up to two (2) years of related experience required.  Must have strong attention to detail and administrative skills, with overall exceptional organizational skills.Must have strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.Demonstrated ability to perform tasks such as problem solving, making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a high-paced environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, OneNote, and Teams, in addition to strong computer application and document management skills.Familiarity with the operation of HVAC Systems preferred but not required.

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $45,000 - $50,000 annually. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
