Program Summary
KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries.
Job Summary
As a Human Resources Associate, you will perform routine assignments as an entry-level HR professional, developing core job competencies by solving common problems with existing procedures. Under direct supervision, you will handle standard tasks and support the HR team.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain HR data across Access, SharePoint, Workday, and Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Perform data validation, audits, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Create and update simple integrations, configurations and loading of data via the appropriate system method
Support HR teams by providing accurate and timely information for reporting and compliance.
Handle HR-related inquiries related to data requests and reporting.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members and leaders.
Undertake special projects and perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and no experience, or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of office experience.
Must have strong computer skills, including MS Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Must have excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
Ability to manage data and work effectively with various levels of employees and management.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Excellent attention to detail with strong data accuracy and auditing skills.
Must be analytical, solution oriented, and able to propose and follow through both transformational and incremental changes
Self-directed with ability to manage a fast-paced work environment with quick deadlines.
Must be able to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency.
Valid light vehicle driver’s license
Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo.
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Experience in HR data management, reporting, or analytics.
Familiarity with HR systems and workflows.
Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.
