Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). Job Summary

As an Operations Coordinator – Closeout, you will perform a wide range of administrative and coordination activities in support of the Closeout Operations Segment Manager. You will be involved with all aspects associated with the implementation of each Task Order under LOGCAP. Further, you will be responsible for the completion of required reports in accordance with Closeout policies, procedures and requirements approved by KBR. You will work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined team environment, and manage competing priorities to achieve your goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop core job competencies with existing procedures by solving common problems.Support the Closeout Manager with all aspects associated with the implementation on Task Order Closeout under the LOGCAP umbrella and in accordance with KBR policies.Handle the Closeout Administration Desktop Procedures applicable to the Task order Closeout processes for all site locations.Provide reporting support to all business functional (16 currently) areas as well as sub-departments.Assist in developing and maintaining the projected Closeout timeline, provide monthly reminder notices to all concerned AORS and status reports to the CO Senior Manager for review and approval.Support the development of Senior Management updates on PowerPoint / Slide Decks and gather the necessary data.Concurrently maintain the supporting Excel Workbooks associated with multiple task orders.Analyze and interpret gathered data to find patterns and trends.Develop techniques and tools and apply them to gathered data in support of credible reporting to KBR Project Management.Provide general administrative assistance for project annexes, gather data (restricted and sensitive documents), and coordinate with internal and external customers.Maintain data confidentiality in dealing with sensitive documents.Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning proprietary information.Assist Functional Annex Managers with requirements as well as general roll-up of contractual deliverable / CDRLs.Accurately record minutes of meeting as requested by management.Plan and manage financial reports, including preparing budgets with cost analysis to ensure effective financial oversight and compliance.Assist in ensuring that all departments meet set reporting target dates within each Task Order’s projected closing dates.Coordinate with AORs/FAMs internally to ensure Closeout objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to their management chain (as requested or required).Leverage your exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 1 year of related experience. A High School Diploma and an additional 4 years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.Requires advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills including English Fluency.Must have experience developing CDRLs.Must have experience and expertise in document control.Requires experience developing procedures for both controlled and sensitive data.Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Experience in U.S. Government contract processes and procedures, office administration, coordination, gathering and analyzing data and reporting in U.S. Government contracts and processes.
